Track #1: Get paid for consistent effort + outcome-based incentives
Fixed Stipend: ₹15,000 per 45 days
Incentives: 50% Lead Rate
Target: 20 leads per day
What counts as a Lead?
A lead means the business has spoken to you and has shown genuine interest in our services.
Who succeeds here?
If you are consistent, disciplined, and hardworking, and can maintain both quality and quantity, this track is ideal for you.
Track #2: Get outcome-based incentive through smart networking & relationship management.
Stipend: 100% Lead Rate
Target: 3 leads per day
What counts as a Lead?
A lead means the business has spoken to you and has shown genuine interest in our services.
Who succeeds here?
If you’re a networking-driven individual who enjoys building professional relationships, can work independently, and doesn’t need micromanagement — this track is for you.
What is Lead Rate?
When you join as an intern, you’ll get access to our internal LeadGen App — a tool that lists all our services.
Each service has a specific payout amount, known as the Lead Rate.
Whenever you add a lead through the app and our sales team converts it, you’ll receive the Lead Rate amount for that service.
In short:
– You generate the lead
– Our sales team converts it
– You get paid as per the Lead Rate
Deliverables
Each intern will receive an Internship Certificate after successfully completing 45 working days and meeting performance standards.
Performance Policy
If you fail to meet your daily target, you’ll receive a performance warning.
You’ll have the opportunity to make up for it within the same week to maintain your overall numbers.
If performance remains below expectations after this grace period, your internship may be terminated.
Full-time opportunity for performers
Interns who complete the internship will be considered for a full-time opportunity as Business Development Executive (BDE) with a CTC of ₹5.0 LPA.
